I’ve rented from RPS, Inc for nearly 5 years and I honestly have nothing but great things to say about them. Not only is the apartment maintained so well, they are super responsive to calls and emails and the rent is so reasonable. It’s always been easy to ask questions, pay rent, and get someone out to look at an appliance when life happens and I need a small repair. Very straightforward and professional, highly recommend!
This is my first time renting in over 11 years and I must say, this company has exceeded my expectations! Any complaints I have had, they have handled in a very timely manner. Any repairs needed, the maintenance guys were always there in a timely manner. During Covid they have been extremely helpful being that my pay was cut and hours cut in half as well. I will continue to rent from RPS until I decide to buy a home again.
My girlfriend and I are on our second lease with RPS. After the first property we lived in was possibly going up for sale (out of RPS’ control. Property owners will do what they want unfortunately cause we loved the little duplex we were in), Josh worked us and really bent over backwards to make the move into our second RPS property seamless and easy due to some personal education constraints I had. Josh didn’t have to do that. We cleaned up behind ourselves in the first property and got our whole deposit back… and that’s with us having dogs. Maintenance requests have always been followed up on by either their staff or a service company within 24 hours of placing a phone call (more than acceptable as far as I’m concerned). Pay your rent on time and don’t be a slob…. this company is a pleasure to deal with. Looking forward to re-leasing for 2020!
